The operator specializes in providing internet and telephony plans, pay-TV bundles, and solutions with exclusive content on streaming platforms and remote-access applications. “TV Alphaville also has extensive expertise in access control and video monitoring projects, which enhances Brasil TecPar’s capabilities in this field, where demand has grown considerably,” notes the group’s Co-CEO, Magnum Foletto.

This acquisition will enable Brasil TecPar to expand into a region with a high population density and a developed economy—factors that are extremely relevant to the projected growth. This means that the group’s leading market brands, Ávato Tecnologia and Amigo Internet, will be able to complement the local offering with their product and service portfolios, enhancing available resources.
