New Acquisition in São Paulo – CyberNet Provider, from Guarulhos

With the acquisition of CyberNet, our subsidiary Brasil TecPar expands its B2C operations in São Paulo.

After consolidating its presence in the South and Midwest regions of the country, Brasil TecPar is now strengthening its position in the Southeast by acquiring another provider in the state of São Paulo.

“In 2021, we made our debut in São Paulo with the acquisition of Netsun, a B2B operation headquartered in Mogi das Cruzes with clients in all states of the country. In December 2022, we acquired Iveloz, a provider based in Itaquaquecetuba and surrounding areas, marking our entry into the B2C market in São Paulo. CyberNet, in Guarulhos, is an extension of Iveloz, and together they serve 67,000 customers,” says Brasil TecPar CEO Gustavo Stock. “We expect to announce new acquisitions in the Southeast soon,” he adds.
